When you’re in the middle of parenting, life comes at you fast. The days are filled with responsibilities, decisions, and moments that demand your full attention. With so much to manage and such a deep desire to give your children the very best, it’s easy to feel like you have to carry the weight of it all yourself. But God never intended for you to navigate parenting on your own. Yes, the support of family and friends is a gift, but a bigger gift is the fact that you can have the constant presence of a God who knows your kids intimately, loves them more than you can imagine, and cares about every detail of their lives. When we bring our parenting to Him in prayer, we invite Jesus to take His rightful place at the center of our homes. Prayer is where our worry can be replaced by His peace. It’s where our uncertainty can be ruled by His wisdom, and our need for control can be directed by His perfect guidance. And as we pray for our children, we’re not only asking for His presence in their lives today, but we’re also planting seeds for a future shaped by His hand in ways we may never fully see.
